Position: Director
Chris Giroux has been an active entrepreneur for nearly 20 years in a wide range of industries as diverse as Health Care, Property Development and Information Technology. Having practiced professionally in residential architecture and software engineering earlier in his professional career, he has been able to apply the creative flair and pragmatism of the latter disciplines toward his business activities. After having served as a director of a publicly-traded 'dot com' company in the late 1990's Mr. Giroux turned his focus toward business development and has been involved in structuring and financing several businesses. He is particularly adept at manoeuvring multi-disciplinary teams through both private-sector challenges and regulatory hurdles by coordinating financial and legal resources in an effective and efficient manner.

Position: Director and Qualified Person
Mr. Shives has over 34 years of geological experience, first as field geologist leading grass-roots exploration programs in various geological environments in central and northern Canada, including gold discoveries which were subsequently mined, and supervision of large multi-rig diamond exploration drilling programs. Mr. Shives is a Director and VP Exploration of GWR Resources Inc. a Canadian junior exploration company focused on exploration for gold and other valuable mineral deposits in Canada. He worked for the Geological Survey of Canada for 23 years with the Airborne Geophysics Section (Head, 1998-2007) compiling, publishing and conducting field follow-up to airborne gamma ray/magnetic surveys throughout Canada and elsewhere. His most recent work has been within B.C. and the Yukon developing successful exploration models based on airborne survey data, for a wide variety of targets including sedex, epithermal, porphyry, skarn and other intrusion-related targets.

Mr. Ashley is an internationally recognized geophysicist with 25 years experience in mineral exploration. He has been involved in the management of exploration programs at a number of listed companies, including BHP, Dia Met, Trigon Uranium, Trigon Diamonds and Diamondex Resources. Mr. Ashley also bring extensive contacts within the mineral exploration and financing industry to the existing Candorado management team.

Mr. Gilmour is a co-founder of Discovery Consultants, a geological consulting firm and has over 35 years experience in worldwide mineral exploration. Mr. Gilmour also brings extensive management experience involving publicly traded mineral exploration companies. With this combined geological expertise, the new directors bring a renewed focus to the Company's projects.
